World sales in February were down 5.1% at 6.54 million vehicles, compared to year-ago’s 6.89 million. It was the sixth straight month of decline after eight years of growth. Europe sales totaled 1.49 million, 2.4% below 2018’s 10-year February high of 1.51 million.
